I started in web design and front-end development before moving into UX and product design, then design leadership and product strategy. That background means I'm comfortable moving between the larger product direction and the details of how an experience actually works.

I do my best work when a product needs clearer direction, a better user experience, or stronger systems behind it. I use research and analytics to guide decisions, and I care about making products easier to use and easier to evolve.
